Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Utilize statistical methods (e.g. SPC MSA) for process monitoring and improvement.
• Manage supplier quality by evaluating performance and addressing non-conforming materials.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
• Perform internal and external quality system audits to ensure compliance.
• Ensure product compliance with specifications standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA SPC MSA 8D PPAP).
• Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 or relevant industry quality standards (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100).
• Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Industrial Mechanical Electrical) or a related technical field.
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab) and data-driven problem solving.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certification (e.g. CQE CSSGB CSSBB).
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP).
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) or Reliability Engineering.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 AS9100 or IATF 16949.
