Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive purchasing management experience within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing supplier negotiation and contract management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes raw materials components and supply chain dynamics.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and procurement software.
Proven ability to drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
Experience with international sourcing logistics and trade compliance
Proficiency in advanced ERP modules for inventory optimization and demand planning
Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g. CSCP CPSM)
