Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
Expertise in risk management budget control and schedule adherence for manufacturing projects.
Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g. ISO Six Sigma) relevant to manufacturing.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with manufacturing-specific ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle)
Technical background or degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Industrial)
Experience with automation projects or Industry 4.0 initiatives
