Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.
Manage project budgets track expenditures and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering production supply chain quality) to execute manufacturing projects.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues especially those impacting production schedules or quality.
Monitor project progress report status to stakeholders and ensure adherence to established schedules and deliverables.
Implement and oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycles.
Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing operational costs.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain and quality control.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets schedules and cross-functional teams.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD)
Experience with ERP/MES system implementation or optimization
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 principles and technologies
