Key Responsibilities

Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain and quality standards (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).

Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills particularly with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle EBS) or MES
Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 concepts
Experience with regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment (e.g. FDA ISO 9001)
