Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning execution monitoring and closure for manufacturing initiatives.

Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues specific to manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience leading projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain logistics and quality control principles.
Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall Lean) and relevant software.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets schedules and risks inherent to manufacturing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills particularly with cross-functional manufacturing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
Proficiency in CAD software for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100).
