Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for manufacturing initiatives including scope objectives schedules and deliverables.
Manage project budgets resources and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production quality and supply chain personnel.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks related to production supply chain quality and safety.
Monitor project progress report status to stakeholders and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate effective communication among project team members vendors and senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain dynamics and quality control.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Jira) and ERP systems.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in manufacturing-specific software (e.g. ERP PLM MES).
Familiarity with automation technologies robotics or Industry 4.0 concepts.
Understanding of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100).
