Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production quality and supply chain.

Ensure projects adhere to quality standards regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
Monitor project progress track KPIs and report status to stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement of materials or equipment for projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing projects specifically within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production lifecycles and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and project management software.
Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing automation.
Experience in Agile methodologies or related certifications (e.g. CSM SAFe).
