Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for all manufactured products.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing production environment with prior supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills including coaching scheduling and performance management.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes production planning and quality control systems.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification
Proficiency with common ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex)
Bilingual fluency (e.g. Spanish) relevant to the local workforce
Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills for production equipment
