Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
Manage train and evaluate production personnel including scheduling and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.

Monitor production processes for efficiency and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience (3 years) in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes production planning and quality control.
Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a production team.
Proficiency in problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with safety regulations and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
Bilingual fluency (e.g. Spanish Mandarin)
OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification
