Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
Meet production targets for output quality and on-time delivery.
Manage train and develop production staff including performance evaluations and scheduling.
Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues implementing corrective actions as needed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production planning and quality control systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a diverse production team.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Proficiency in ensuring workplace safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle
Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects
Formal training or experience in coaching and mentoring production team members
