Key Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily production activities ensuring production targets are met.
Manage train and mentor production line personnel fostering a productive work environment.
Monitor production output quality and adherence to product specifications and standards.
Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
Identify and resolve production issues bottlenecks and equipment malfunctions promptly.
Optimize production processes for efficiency cost-effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Prepare and maintain production reports tracking key performance indicators and progress.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with prior supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills including coaching and performance evaluation.
Solid understanding of production processes quality control standards and safety protocols.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement (e.g. Lean manufacturing principles).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish Mandarin)
Experience with specific ERP/MES software (e.g. SAP Oracle)
Project management experience or certification
