Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate train and develop production personnel.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes quality control principles and safety regulations.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean 5S).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively interacting with all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in specific ERP/MES systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex).
OSHA 30-hour certification or other advanced safety qualifications.
Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish Mandarin) to support a diverse workforce.
