Proven ability to implement and maintain safety protocols and quality standards (e.g. ISO GMP).
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving decision-making and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Kaizen).
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g. OSHA 30-hour IOSH).
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
