Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
Manage train and evaluate production staff including scheduling and performance management.
Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications and quality control standards.

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes quality control systems and safety regulations.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience
Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Experience in cross-functional project leadership or participation
Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce
