Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead production team members including training scheduling and performance management.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency quality standards and adherence to production schedules.
Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize output.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Quality Maintenance) to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes production planning and quality control principles.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring product quality.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish)
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. robotics automation)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
