Key Responsibilities

Demonstrated commitment to upholding safety standards and driving quality excellence.
Excellent problem-solving decision-making and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification or practical experience.
Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Experience in training and mentoring production staff.
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO GMP).
