Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and output targets.
Lead train and mentor a team of production operators and technicians.
Ensure adherence to quality standards specifications and regulatory requirements.

Monitor production metrics and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (3-5 years) in a manufacturing production environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to fostering a safe work environment.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Manufacturing 5S).

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce (e.g. Spanish)
Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for production planning and reporting
Experience with root cause analysis methodologies and tools (e.g. 5 Whys Fishbone diagrams)
