Recommended Qualifications

Ability to motivate train and develop a production team.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
Experience with automation technologies or industrial robotics.
Project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
