Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing operations including significant supervisory or management responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of production processes quality control principles and safety regulations.
Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop production teams to achieve targets.
Proficiency in production planning scheduling and resource allocation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IoT AI).
Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex).
