Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing production management.

Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles continuous improvement methodologies and quality management systems.
Proven ability to lead motivate and develop production teams to achieve operational targets and foster a safe work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in production planning scheduling and inventory control.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) beyond basic user functions.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and automation technologies.
