Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
Lead train and develop production staff fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious team.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated leadership ability to manage motivate and develop production teams.
Proficiency with production planning scheduling and ERP/MRP systems.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Demonstrated experience in new product introduction (NPI) processes.
