Key Responsibilities

Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and product specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing production management.
Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles (e.g. Six Sigma Kaizen).
Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop production teams.
Proficiency in production planning scheduling and inventory control.
Knowledge of quality control systems and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with automation technologies Industry 4.0 principles or smart manufacturing solutions.
Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
