Key Responsibilities

Implement and enforce all health safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production flow reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (5 years) in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership team management and interpersonal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes quality control and production planning methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards relevant to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
Bilingual or multilingual abilities
