Key Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Design implement and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues impacting production yield or quality.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement effective corrective actions.
Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
3 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
Proficiency with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and data analysis tools.
Demonstrated experience in process optimization troubleshooting and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and quality management systems.

Bonus Qualifications

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with PLC programming SCADA systems or industrial automation.
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Familiarity with specific ERP (e.g. SAP) or MES systems common in manufacturing.
