The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
Design develop and implement new or improved manufacturing processes and equipment.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation including work instructions and PFDs.
Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure all processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards (e.g. ISO GMP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process development and issue resolution.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
3 years of experience in process engineering manufacturing operations or continuous improvement roles.
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to optimize processes and troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience with process data analysis statistical process control (SPC) and process simulation tools.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. JMP Minitab) or process simulation tools
Experience with PLC programming SCADA systems or industrial automation
Familiarity with MES/ERP systems and their integration in manufacturing operations
