Key Responsibilities

Direct and optimize all plant operations including production maintenance quality and logistics.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business objectives.

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations environmental compliance and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (5 years) in a manufacturing leadership role (e.g. Plant Manager Production Manager).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes lean principles quality systems and safety regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage plant operations optimize production and control budgets.
Excellent leadership communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
MBA or Master's degree in a related technical or business field.
Experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations.
Proficiency with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IoT AI).
