Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing leadership and operations management.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets optimize costs and drive financial performance.
Excellent communication interpersonal and team development skills.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations environmental compliance and relevant industry standards.

Bonus Qualifications

Proven experience leading significant capital expenditure projects or plant expansions.
Advanced proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Demonstrated success in new product introduction (NPI) and scaling manufacturing processes from pilot to full production.
Experience managing unionized workforces and fostering positive labor relations.
