Key Responsibilities

Manage daily plant operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Oversee plant budget P&L and resource allocation.

Lead mentor and develop plant staff fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
Maintain plant equipment and infrastructure through effective maintenance programs.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing plant management or a similar senior leadership role.
Strong leadership team development and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes lean methodologies and quality systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L budgets and drive operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
MBA or Master's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
Proven experience managing large-scale capital expenditure projects
