Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily plant operations ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
Manage and optimize production schedules staffing and resource allocation to meet targets.
Develop and manage the plant budget controlling costs and identifying efficiency improvements.
Lead mentor and develop plant personnel fostering a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations quality standards and environmental policies.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and productivity.
Oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing plant with at least 3-5 years in a Plant Manager or similar senior operational role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related technical field.
Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong financial acumen including P&L management budgeting and cost control.
Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop large diverse teams.
Comprehensive understanding and commitment to safety quality and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
MBA or other advanced business degree
Proven experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation implementation
Strong background in ERP system optimization and data analytics for operational insights
