Recommended Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage production processes maintenance and supply chain.
Excellent leadership team development and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement expertise
Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation robotics Industry 4.0)
MBA or Master's degree in Engineering Management Operations Management or a related field
Proven experience in new plant start-up facility expansion or major capital project management
