Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency quality and on-time delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and business objectives.
Manage the plant budget control costs and optimize resource allocation and utilization.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols quality standards and environmental regulations.
Lead mentor and develop a high-performing plant team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization Lean manufacturing and technology adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain maintenance and quality control processes.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3-5 years as a Plant Manager.
Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles continuous improvement methodologies and quality systems (e.g. ISO Six Sigma).
Proven P&L management experience and a track record of developing and executing strategic operational plans.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing Business Administration or a related technical field.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT advanced robotics AI-driven analytics).
Proficiency in a second language relevant to the global supply chain or local workforce.
Proven experience leading significant capital expenditure projects from conception to completion.
Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices and waste reduction initiatives.
