Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing manufacturing operations including production quality and safety.
• Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles continuous improvement methodologies and quality management systems (e.g. ISO).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a track record of improving efficiency productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations Management or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
