Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring efficient production and adherence to schedules.
• Implement and optimize production processes to improve efficiency reduce waste and lower costs.
• Lead mentor and develop the production team fostering a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations quality standards and company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to meet operational targets.
• Manage operational budgets control expenditures and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize material flow and inventory levels.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5 years preferred) in manufacturing operations management.
• Strong leadership team management and communication skills.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Solid understanding of production processes supply chain management and quality control systems.
• Demonstrated ability in budget management cost control and P&L analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
