Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency reduce costs and minimize waste.

• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize inventory levels and material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning scheduling inventory control and supply chain management.
• Proven ability to lead develop and motivate diverse production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g. SAP Oracle)
• Experience implementing or managing automation and industrial robotics
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Prior experience managing operations in a unionized environment
