Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage train and mentor production staff fostering a culture of safety continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations quality standards (e.g. ISO) and company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) analyze operational data and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage operational budgets identify cost-saving opportunities and control expenditures.
• Collaborate with supply chain engineering and sales departments to ensure seamless material flow and product delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
• Proficient in production planning inventory management quality control and supply chain optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyze complex operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
