Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical schematics blueprints and diagrams.
Demonstrated experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Commitment to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with automated systems and robotics.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Welding and light fabrication skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
