The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic system failures.
Repair and replace defective parts components and systems in production machinery.
Conduct equipment inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities performed.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
Collaborate with production personnel to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing repairing and maintaining industrial mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems motor controls and ability to interpret schematics.
Demonstrated ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex equipment failures.
Adherence to all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Relevant technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field or equivalent experience.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG TIG Stick).
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodology experience.
