Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions and operational issues.
Replace worn or defective parts components and systems.
Install set up and commission new manufacturing equipment.
Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing repairing and maintaining industrial machinery (mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic systems).
3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals for troubleshooting.
Knowledge and application of industrial safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Experience with preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
Welding and fabrication skills.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
