The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop optimize and document manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and cost reduction.
Design evaluate and implement manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions (NPI) to ensure manufacturability.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality deviations.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing)
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD Mastercam)
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
Demonstrated ability in process optimization root cause analysis and problem-solving
Familiarity with various manufacturing processes (e.g. CNC machining automation assembly)

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with robotic programming PLC logic or industrial automation systems
Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g. Minitab JMP Python) for process optimization
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience
