- Design evaluate and implement manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD Mastercam)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Demonstrated ability in process optimization root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes (e.g. CNC machining automation assembly)
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with robotic programming PLC logic or industrial automation systems
- Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g. Minitab JMP Python) for process optimization
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience
