The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Design procure and validate tooling fixtures and equipment for production.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction and process validation.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including SOPs work instructions and process flowcharts.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve quality.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) for design and analysis.
Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles for process optimization.
Strong understanding of diverse manufacturing processes including machining assembly and automation.
Ability to design and implement tooling fixtures and equipment for production efficiency.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven problem-solving.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with ERP (e.g. SAP Oracle) or MES systems.
Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
