The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Manufacturing Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and cost reduction.
Design develop and implement new tooling fixtures and equipment.
Support new product introduction (NPI) from design to full-scale production.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to processes materials and equipment.
Develop and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability of new designs.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) and experience with industrial automation or robotics.
Demonstrated application of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and root cause analysis methodologies.
Strong project management skills capable of leading improvement initiatives from concept to completion.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with specific ERP (e.g. SAP) or PLM (e.g. Teamcenter) software
Experience with Additive Manufacturing (3D printing) technologies
Programming experience for automation or data analysis (e.g. Python VBA)
