Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Execute emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections and tasks.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities parts used and equipment status.
Assist with the installation relocation and setup of new manufacturing equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven ability to diagnose troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
Working knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics and power transmission systems.
Strong commitment to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Vocational training or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance Mechatronics or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Certified in welding (MIG TIG Stick) and basic fabrication skills.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
HVAC or refrigeration system maintenance experience.
Basic machining skills (lathe mill).
