Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions using schematics manuals and diagnostic tools.
Install calibrate and test new production equipment and control systems.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts used.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role.
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance electrical or mechanical technology.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in welding (MIG TIG Stick) and fabrication skills.
Certification in HVAC or refrigeration systems.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
