The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
Install commission and relocate new and existing production machinery.
Document maintenance activities repairs and parts used in CMMS.
Adhere to all safety protocols including LOTO and maintain a safe work environment.
Identify and order necessary spare parts for equipment repairs and inventory.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and uptime.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Proficiency with industrial control systems including PLCs HMIs and VFDs.
Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance repair and diagnostics.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics mechanical blueprints and technical manuals.
Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
Welding and fabrication skills (e.g. MIG TIG stick).
HVAC system maintenance and repair experience.
Forklift or Aerial Lift operator certification.
