Salary Range: $49000 - $81000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wyoming seeking Maintenance Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and address potential issues.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
Install set up and commission new manufacturing machinery.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts used.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience with PLCs VFDs and industrial control systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints schematics and manuals.
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance electrical or mechanical fields preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting.
Proficient in welding (MIG TIG Stick) and basic fabrication.
Demonstrated experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Robotics maintenance and programming exposure.
