Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime.
- Install calibrate and test new production equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and parts inventory.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with PLC systems hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Welding and fabrication skills.
- Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- HVAC system maintenance and repair experience.
