The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose complex equipment malfunctions using schematics diagrams and test equipment.
Execute emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
Install relocate and commission new manufacturing equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts used.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance mechatronics or a related field.
Strong understanding of PLC logic and control systems for diagnosing equipment faults.
Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens).
Welding and fabrication skills (MIG TIG Stick).
Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g. SAP PM Maximo) for work order management.
Machining skills (lathe mill) for part fabrication or repair.
