Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints for equipment repair and installation.
Install commission and relocate new and existing production machinery and support systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance records of repairs parts used and service performed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations (e.g. LOTO confined space) during maintenance activities.
Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability efficiency and safety.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial maintenance preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Strong understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automation systems.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for troubleshooting and minor programming.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (e.g. MIG TIG stick).
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
HVAC/refrigeration certification or experience.
