Key Responsibilities

Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency through effective maintenance strategies.
Manage the maintenance budget spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Oversee troubleshooting repair and root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical proficiency in mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Proven leadership and team management skills for maintenance personnel.
Expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean TPM).

Bonus Qualifications

Advanced proficiency with CMMS administration data analysis and optimization.
Proven experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience managing capital improvement projects.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
